Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Yumipop ("Yumi!"), operated by Nucleus AI Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using Yumi!, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Yumi! is a social wishlist platform that lets you create wishlists, share them with friends and family, and coordinate gift-giving. The service is free to use.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use Yumi!.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post (wishlists, descriptions, images). By posting, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content as needed to operate the service. You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.

4. Product Links & Scraping

Yumi! allows you to import product information from external websites. We display this information for your personal wishlist purposes. We are not affiliated with the retailers whose products appear on wishlists. Prices and availability may change.

5. Gift Reservations

The gift reservation feature helps coordinate gift-giving. Reservations are not purchases. Yumi! does not process payments or guarantee that gifts will be purchased. The wishlist owner cannot see who reserved items.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Automated scraping or bulk data collection
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
• Spamming, harassment, or abuse
• Circumventing security measures
• Using the service for commercial purposes without permission

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

Yumi! is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for the accuracy of scraped product information or the actions of other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nucleus AI Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Yumi!.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the service or by email.
